Skepticism is the root of all progress. Research, research and research, the will to understand and go beyond the established and using the scientific method to prove a hypothesis is what helps human kind move forward. Traditional mechanics was superseded by quantum physics because of that thinking and proceeding. The rational "What if?" mentality should be always there ready to scrutinize every concept and accepting something "just because sounds logical" should be nothing but a shortcut.

dive into quantum physics man, there you may find that everything you experience maybe entirely your own created perception and may not be what actually is,
i am convinced that what i have just seen and heard in your video is not what you actually uploaded but instead it is the best translation of particles(our way of communicating) that i could manage,
i wonder how you translate what i have just typed :)
i bet your vid was good cause i enjoyed my perception of it.

I like your clip, but the people who need it the most aren't likely to listen to anything more substantial than one-liners.

@CultOfDusty He has a good point, but the feature is very annoying

Well said, brother. I'd like to see the cancer machine.
I was suckered in by Uri Geller about 40 years ago. When i 1st saw him bending spoons i literally believed i was witnessing a miracle in front of my eyes. My excuse was that i was only 13 , and i suppose i was prone to having an open mind willing to accept things easily.
It's easy to see how religious claims come about.. the gullability of ordinary people.
Good video BTW.

@bonnie43uk thanks ;) Sure, I think anyone can be fooled by or not understand something they're witnessing. But you've likely learned how to approach things much better now than back then. Unfortunately it seems there are millions of adults who confirm their biases as easily or maybe more so than 13 year old you.

The "science doesn't know everything" and "you're close minded" based arguments really make my blood boil!

@audience2 I hear ya. People try to shut things down by claiming to be "offended" a lot too.

well I hate pseudoscience as well man, but you have to admit that the corruption adn exclution of the modern healt care sistem in countries like USA (and mine: argentina); pushes people to those bullshit miracle cures, tehy are desesperate and also tired about to feel excluded. the fact that proper education is so f.... expensive also contributes in some little way

@seba20sa Yeah it's certainly a challenge and not a quick fix to get better systems in place whatever they may be. Desparation and lack of education are definitely two things opportunists can take advantage of.
