His monologue was, and still is to this day, his weakest comedy bit (well, aside from the occasional "Make up Facebook pages or tax reports for the audience members" bits). During his interviews, he treats the celebrities like gods. I personally love how Letterman treats his guests with irreverence, and Conan at least isn't afraid to make fun of his guests a little. Fallon doesn't make fun of himself enough either, which you kind of have to do when you're this bad.

It is the theme song from The Barry Gibb Talk Show sketch that Timberlake and Fallon did on SNL. It is "Talking it up on the Barry Gibb Talk Show" except they subbed in Jimmy Fallon.
