To My Daughter

This is my very first video. I made it for my daughter and used the song, "In My Daughters Eyes", by Martina McBride. I made this in hopes of bringing to light a national travesty with the DCF/CPS (Department of Children and Families/Child Protective Services)...I hope this sheds some light on the problems that happen each day within this "government sanctioned" agency and how they have the power to rip apart a family with false allegations and the injustice they perform against "Free" citizens of the US...Please Comment...

They have said If you have served in combat you have PTSD and you cant have children. over two hundred of us Vets have lost our children to this madness. Our reward for serving our country is the loss of our children. Most of us just screamed in our sleep and the next day CPS takes our children. How can one Gov. agency say PTSD is low enough that that you cant receive compensation but the CPS say's its bad enough to loose you children forever! Dont serve your country any q's call 4065912585

From that came Child "Protective" Services, as we know it today. After the bill passed, Mondale himself expressed concerns that it could be misused. He worried that it could lead states to create a "business" in dealing with children.

@damionsmamma You forgot Ryan Luke who had the same circumstances ten years previously to Kelsey Briggs, but I agree with you. Then they had to take away the Paynes's third child as if taking their first two wasn't bad enough. Then there was Logan Marr who went straight to an abusive home from a loving mother. Also don't forget Soreta sotelo who was in foster care and would have had the perfect parents if they hadn't given her back to the father!!!

@PolkDoll So please try to explain to me why CPS is so good?? There's a website dedicated to children who had been failed by CPS because CPS either took the child away when they shouldn't have or didn't when they should have. It's a long LONG list of children!! So please explain what CPS did that was good?? I think the bad outweighs the good in this case because there hasn't been a decrease and instead it has increased dramatically and CPS does nothing they should!!!

@PolkDoll Then there's Ariana and Tyler Payne. Their mom had custody of her own children and CPS gave custody to the father ignoring the fact that the mother had had custody. They closed the case and didn't keep it open. CPS even said after the children were murdered that they should have kept it open. They then turn around and blame the mother, because they need someone to blame for this, and they take her third child away from her. The mother wasn't at fault at all and they go and do that???

@PolkDoll If CPS is so good, then try explaining the Kelsey Briggs case to me!!! And don't go to websites that are just trying to take her mother out of jail!!! The abuse was obvious because what 2 year old gets a broken collar bone and two broken leg in the nine month period of documented abuse. It happened when the child was at the mother's house as well. Then there's Logan Marr. She was taken away from her mother and given to an ex CPS worker who killed her!!! I could go all day with this!!

@TheSamilyn The CPS system is so bogged because of all the bratty kids that turn their parents in for abuse so much that CPS is willing to believe a parent who would have what they could possibly believe to be a plausible excuse for every bruise and broken bone. The thing is, they need more money and they need more case workers because of the rise of children being abused. They need to have a better program as well. They take children away that don't need to be and those who don't get help!!

Firstly, how rude..you really don't know the circumstances, and it's the real world..unfair things happen. Corruption happens everywhere, and no less in CPS.

Sometimes people use CPS as a weapon, and it works. :(

I would gather that the child was removed due to neglect or abuse... as generally DCF doesn't want to remove children from their parents if their parents actually act like ... I dunno... parents? The mother never said where DCF placed the child, what the final case solution was... etc... nobody knows the reason... except the mother and the investigator/case manager.

ok why was she taken from the mother? How many months did cps wait to give you a reason? Did you ever get her back? Cps and dcf is worst than Hitler himself!

They are all liars and support single parenting,They loved to try to adopt out each child under 10 for 38,0000 dollars each! Its rather Disturbing and needs to be reform. They state Senators and Congress needs to change the whole Cps Outfit! Please View My Channel!
