We use compressed air to gently remove any debris. We then apply Roof Guard, our exclusive water based roof treatment which immediately goes to work - cleaning off the remaining moss, alge, mildew, lichen, and fungus. Roof Guard penetrates the shakes and as the water evaporates the treatment remains. The weather, hot, cold, wet or dry activates this roof treatment. The moss and fungus to gradually and harmlessly rinse away. Depending on the age of the roof, deterioration, pitch and quality, the full cleaning effect is attained within 3 to 6 months. Damage to the roof caused by harsh pressure washing is completely avoided. Roof Guard comes with a 5 year warrantee on cedar shakes and shingles. Roof Guard is also effective on Tile and Composition roofs. Repair or replace of worn and damaged shakes is also part of our service.

We inspect the roof for damage which effects its integrity. If the roof needs repairs we can make them. If it needs to be replaced we will refer you to quality roofing contractors. If it passes inspection we will issue a certification offering our professional opinion that your roof has a life expectancy of at least 5 more years.
