Sponsor: http://NHLiberty.org - A bill at the New Hampshire state house would essensially forbid the government from raising expenditures faster than the rate of inflation. Meanwhile, angry Manchester residents stew after local politicians delay voting on a similar cap for the city. This video was shot 1/30/09 and first uploaded around 2/6. Disclosures: The sponsor of this story is probably heavily involved in backing this bill. • Glad to see so many of the Free Staters in representative positions of NH government. That's definitely the way to go.

  • Caps are nice, but never let that distract from getting CUTS!

    Then, lower the cap.
