Well, I be danged...this is from the Broadway production of "Can-Can." The proiduction was around 1982. The can-can lady in the black dress is none other than Zizi Jeanmaire who played the title role of Pistache. Roland Petit, Mlle. Jeanmaire's husband did the choreography for the production. (Sadly, it only lasted 5 shows.)
Pamela Sousa played Claudine and comedy actor Avery Schriber played Boris.
I met Mlle. Jeanmaire and got her autograph. She was so sweet despite the last performance.
