bout 20mph in high range and about 5mph in low range(crawling)

faster than a crawler. slower than an emaxx or e-revo. remember the truck is a hybrid crawler/monster truck.

was that your first run?
because if is it was you didn't break in your motor correctly. Most of you guys are gonna say you dont have to break in an electric but for brushed you do.You should drive it extremely slow for 20-30 minutes or if your really inclined to bring your motor to top performance disconnect the motor from the speed controller and connect a AA battery and run the battery out do this twice.

i dont break in traxxas electric motors. and so far have not had any trouble at all with the summit motor.
