Street Fighter IV: How to punish Blanka's ultra as Zangief.

This is the best possible way to punish blanka's ultra as zangief... If you got no ultra up you can do fierce SPD just fine, as soon as the ultra ends I made blanka spam shock, so I could get punished if I mess up.

@wadeelee start blocking low, then block high if you are close, it starts too fast, so you can't do a thing when he uses it....

Are you sure? he still can't even move, proof is that he can't reversal after the ultra he's still on recovery frames, you can crouch forward too into ultra too but I find weak green hand better because you get some super bar.
