Sims Urbz: 98th Avenue - 3rd Floor Tour, with a bit of street dancing

Just a little video to show people how I kitted out the first apartment '98th Avenue' Some people think its impossible to make it look nice, but I don't think i did such a bad job..Apart from the stupid dog peeing EVERYWHERE. Thats why my sim has very low fun in the video, i made it clean up before i filmed..there was A LOT of pee.
It's mostly Neon East furni, with a dash of cozmo street in the kitchen (and the TV), the bedroom, although it doesn't look like it, is diamond heights, and the bathroom is left with the cheap stuff :)
My sim is the one wearing the clothes from kicktail park, and the other sim I made is the one with the purple hair, everyone else is just visiting :)

At the end is a video of my sim street dancing with Lil Bit and Fergie, sped up. Because i like the animation and sped up just made me laugh :)

I actually randomly went on this game today, and i was working on blankwood towers, once it's finished i'll upload it so you can see :)
