Our lake now has too many people and boats. My husband says he hears them at night, sound like seagulls to me. I remember loons well from bygone days at summer camp. We had a pair several years ago, here, then a lonesome single. Great divers.

great footage! nothin as beautifully haunting is the echo of a loon on a canadian lake at night! only those who grew up with it will truly know this...
