I went to these gigs every week ended up playing with Dee and dwayne then moved back to L.A. Rudy had a big influence on me as a guitar player used to give him a six pack to come over to my pad and show me stuff. think caroline filmed all these Great times so drunk .....John

One time at another gig they started to play and the P.A. wasn't working right, so they played there whole set with rudy playing the vocal parts on guitar, It was amazing the sultlety, grace and fire he played with, when this band was on they took no prisoners, they worked so well together . In my mind I hold rudy up there with the rest of my hero's ,page ,clapton thats were he belongs ....john
