Qué grande Fignon. Le robaron a mano armada el Giro del 84 y el Tour del 89, y éso unido a sus lesiones le privó de un palmarés a la altura de los mejores de la historia. Fignon era un tio con pelotas, que no se andaba con estas mandangas posmodernas del "fair play", atacaba en cualquier sitio, célebres son sus ataques en los avituallamientos. El pelotón se cagaba por las patas cada vez que llegaba un avituallamiento.

Que recuerdos. DEP FIGNON. Nunca te olvidaremos.

Fignon at the height of his powers. Hinault lost more than 3minutes to him in this stage. Fignon didnt put as much an attack while trying to help Lemond his teammate at Renault at that time win the stage. Lemond simply couldnt hold on to his wheel.

i am a huge Lemond fan, cant stand Fignon. Having said that. After the '89 worlds was over and he just got done racing 160miles in the rain. The announcer was signing off and here goes Fignon riding by on his BIKE!!!!! unbelievable ...... RIP

to see Fignon riding on the front and then attack off the front so no one can follow him is awesome riding and so like Fignon. He was truly the most ballsy and aggressive rider ever. RIP Fignon you will never be forgotten
