  • @neutroninvention Remember, I do things like 2 sets of 8 reps of weight 3 times a week sometimes 4 times a week, then the same weight on whatever and do 2 sets of 15, then after that week, move up on the weight and do 2 sets of 8

  • Is this exercise going to help me grow larger arms? Or is it mainly for cardio and toning out? I need an exercise to grow big biceps and triceps!

  • @GsxRaider I started jogging 30 days ago and i was realy desperated but when i started i wus 218 pounds and i am now 202.4 it realy worked for me....

  • @makingthebest09 i am desperate to reduce my body fat to get my chest into shape,can i do cardio everyday such as running and cycling?i heard that cardio burns more calories than weights,help !
