Will You Let Them Take Your Bible?

Do you think there are not people in the world who are working hard everyday to remove the Bible from your possession? Do you think that there are not organizations that are committed to making sure you never read the Bible?

If you think such people do not exist, then you are dead wrong.

Consider the August 17, 2008 article by the Associated Press titled, "China Confiscates Bibles From American Christians." Here is a link to that A.P. article:

Many men, like William Tyndale, were hunted, captured, and murdered for trying to give the common man the Bible in his own language.

The Roman Catholic Church-state wouldn't think twice about outlawing the Bible again. Catholicism still forbids the common man to interpret the Bible for himself. This is tyranny at the deepest level.

Growing atheism, as promoted by Richard Dawkins and Christopher Hitchens, is now advocating that people who believe in religion, especially Biblical Christianity, are suffering from a mental disorder, are evil, and are abusing their children by teaching them the Bible. Men like Dawkins and Hitchens are tyrants, and what they claim amounts to a recipe for genocide. That's right, if men like Dawkins and Hitchens were to have their way, then Christians would be arrested, jailed, and terminated.

One may also compare the American Revolution to the French Revolution in order to see the purity of Calvinistic thought over both atheistic and Catholic thought. The French Revolution was carried out by three main groups of people: 1) Catholics, 2) Atheists, and 3) Deists. The result was a civil war that led to a "Reign of Terror." Catholic counter-revolutionary forces murdered atheists and deists, and atheistic mobs enacted genocide on entire villages. Over 30,000 Catholic priests were put to the guillotine during the French Revolution. The Enlightenment had led the French people to react against the horrible abuses of Roman Catholicism, but in the end, after Napoleon came to power, Catholicism was restored--France has never recovered.

The American Revolution was carried out by Calvinistic English-speaking people. Even the very few Deists that contributed, like Franklin and Jeffereson, were raised and educated in Calvinistic homes, thus they were educated in the principles of freedom long before they ever entered politics. There was no "Reign of Terror" in the American Revolution, but the Bill Of Rights was established. So, one need only to look into the pages of history to see that Catholicism, Islam, and atheism all fail to produce a society that is free and tolerant.

Until people return to their Calvinist roots, this nation will continue to decline. Until the people of the United States return to their Calvinist roots, atheism and Catholicism (systems that have more in common with each other than with Calvinism--neither Catholicism or atheism believe in the God of the Bible) will continue to rise.

These atheistic men and Catholic organizations are the enemy of God and humanity, but they will not succeed. God has preserved His Bible through the worst Roman Catholic police-state the world has ever seen (I speak of the Dark Ages), and God will preserve it still. Christians must be committed to reading their Bibles. Christians must be committed to deeply studying their Bibles. The Bible is not called the Text-book of Freedom for nothing. The Bible teaches men about freedom! It teaches how a man becomes free from sin. It teaches man how to set up a Constitutional Democratic-Republic, just as our Calvinistic Founding Fathers did in the late 18th century!
Our nation was a product of the Protestant Reformation.
