Totally agree. What you get in that room is a random mix of lucky breaks, actors with famous dads, downright bad singers, downright bad actors mixed in with some genuine talent. Sucky personalities, sucky egos though (especially the new "STARS") seems to be a requirement. I mean they got where they are so they must be special. Right? Wrong! Special is rare. Every now and then it comes along, and its more than hair and teeth. It isnt as common as theyd like you to believe.
