WHO GIVES A SHITE ANYWAY HOW THE FUCKING UNEDUCATED HILLBILLY DIED?
HE MADE more money for his record company AFTER he kicked that proverbial bucket.
before he died, his popularity has waned heavily - especially after the beatles recolonized USA. THE english e mpire all over again, the four mopheads from Liverpool! at least they were talented. but because he died young, people need a god to look up to. he was fat and greasy in his coffin. a fat lump of shit. ANTIESTABLISHMENT, MY ARSE!!

We are blessed and undeserving but praise God for allowing us to "know" Elvis for such a short time.

This is definitely the final show. Watched 36 minutes of it last night. The other one that purports to be the final song is actually Chicago in May... I watched it today as well. It is unique in that Elvis backflips a ring into the audience during the song... and when acknowledging the crowd... obviously realises that his deodorant has let him down and sniffs his armpits... probably only did that in one show... and not the last one...

Rock & Roll at large, the more suggestive nature of clothing, modern stances on sexual imagery, these things that exist the way we know them , STARTED BECAUSE OF ELVIS. U could truly divide American culture into BE & AE, Before Elvis & After Elvis. Ask U parents (unless u're black, they hated him). Kids in America was forever changed b/c of Elvis & we still feel the ripples today. Elvis’ profound impact on American culture is undeniable. Music was forever changed

He was a bright vibrant life, an exceptional soul, We will never forget the day he came into our lives & we went through this world with him. We were privileged to share his life. Weve heard about & witnessed his unequaled generosity, & giving of himself to everyone. His life impacted the WHOLE WORLD, just the mention of his name , we know! We R all, just a little bit better for him having been here. Open our eyes that we will see the heart of this truly exceptional soul.
