even without a large number of moves, you have down what i enjoy most about poi, the ability to let yourself flow,dance and move, practice some techiness and you will rock, sphongle is my inspiration tooo!!! would have spun my flowlights on stage with posford at a show in Detroit but I was too into the music, my eyes were closed nearly the whole time and I was dancing my face off!!!!

the only thing always disappointing me about this magical track is that it is never long enough. i mean i know its oiginally over 8 minutes but its still never enough. especially when accompanied by some hypnotic moves.

I'd love to do some fire poi, but I'm still not completely comfortable with it without the fire, in due time though
