Hans Weilenmann ties his CDC and Elk pattern. It is a wicked fly for imitating the Grannom hatch on the Arkansas tail waters. It is best fished for very selective fish. CDC is not meant for great numbers of fish but can entice the most difficult fish to take the fly.
