An experiment I made, by recording ingame twice; one for color and one that i manipulated the sprites so they would act like a three leveled displacement map to add depth (Black, grey, white). for more info (in swedish):

  • Why is the music slower than in the original games?

  • @ArcaneDragonX Hmm, I might have made the mistake of recording in NTSC and output in PAL. That's about 16% slower I think.

  • mmm sry what program is this?

  • @TheLinkinthepark2 Its not a particular program. You can se how I developed the effect, look in the desciption.

  • If you could create that effect in a 3D form that an anaglyph driver could interpret, it would be really funny.

  • @gibbousmoon100 Great idea! I have already got sufficient knowledge on how to do so.
