I like this video she looks real and she looks tired. On Some of the workout videos, some of those ppl look like robots n dont even break into a sweat after 30 mins of working out!!!!!!

one thing i would suggest would be to do the movement much slower and then alternate through speeds.

There is a video on the BodyRockTv site where I do my max amount of full push-ups. It is part of an endurance test that you can take to rank your upper body strength. All the info is there.
