@NippyFan100 You have a point but with all the fame of The Bodyguard not to mention an impressive sales in the 80s..she probably wanted to enjoy her success. That's really where they make their money, by touring. I like your channel by the way. Great postings.

@NippyFan100 lol thats not being original, its called fucking up the song by singing too fast. where is she tryna get to? lol, slow down and and at least stay with the flow. u can do the runs and melismas all day, but stay in synch with the instrumentation #MyOpinion

@DeVron83 you are so right man, you no whitney would be the top selling female if she just would have done maybe 2 more albums in the 90s cause ms lamb release albums every year in the 90s. but see she could do that because whitney was always on tour. i dont think she should have toured so much on her iybt tour and bodyguard, she could have had in album in 94 and a full album some point in 95

This whole Poland concert was restrained, subtle, yet full of creative freedom-sorta jazzy R&B, I just love it- it is a rare and interesting showcase of her ability to play with phrasing and timing, without strictly using her vocal power/prowess to overtake a song. I wish I had the whole concert on dvd..

Some of you may not know....but Babyface the mastermind behind the Waiting to Exhale soundtrack...intended for the entire soundtrack to be sung by Whitney. However, Whitney wanted it to be multiple celebrated singers coming together. But can you imagine what she would have done had she sung it all by herself being she was still in her prime??? I think it would have sold even more copies than it did and maybe even rivaled The Bodyguard, which is still the best-selling soundtrack of all time.
