What the Hell kind of people are giving thumbs up to comments that glorify this unhealthy look and thumbs down to people who say they actually *gasp* prefer healthier looking women? If your BMI is this low, you need to see a doctor immediately. You can say you're naturally anorexic-looking all you want, but if you are this thin you are malnourished. It is possible you are eating a healthy amount, but you are not absorbing the nutrients or you wouldn't look like this.

Anyone who says you can be an adult and a healthy size zero is delusional. If you are an adult and obese it MIGHT be a glandular problem, but it is STILL an unhealthy illness that needs to be addressed, just as an adult size zero has some kind of illness that needs to be addressed. A size zero? That is an ILLNESS. You can SAY it's natural, but no matter what, it cannot be denied that it is UNHEALTHY. If you are eating normally and are still that thin, you need blood tests.
