considering that rich is at LHW now , i think a match between him and forrest griffin is very possible . Bisping will put a nice British foot up Hendo's ass ( compliment's of the UK and probly most of USA ) i always hated hendo , cuz he's a cocky asshole facist along with Matt Linland and the rest of team quest . why do u think Randy Couture left TQ ? i'll ttell u why , cuz they are a bunch of assholes . ( p.s. i still think Rich is better at 185 )

totally agreehenderson looked very poor. n franklin defo should hav had 5 for the eyepoke. would love to c franklin fight bisping , i think bisping will pick henderson apart

yea , me too . i wasn't really impressed at any moment in that fight . we all know shogun has the talent to be a title holder via his fights in pride . if he could stop prancing around , cut through the bullshit , and improve his cardio , then maybe , just maybe , he could be a champ one day

What I meant by that was, if I stuck my head out like a jackass and you choked me then of course you win the fight. But it wasn't like Belcher did anything but take advantage of an opportunity, and yes that is how a lot of fights are won, but I still see it as Kang beating himself more than anything. That might be an odd concept but it makes sense to me. So good for Belcher and hopefully Denis will NEVER DO THAT AGAIN.

it takes two to win or lose a fight . one to lose , and one to win . i still think Kang is a better fighter than Belcher but i still give Belcher full credit for the win . ( and yea , i agree . give DK some time to settle in the UFC and he will be a force to be reckoned with )
