Woodpecker drilling top of light pole!

This is one of the funniest sights I've ever seen. It's mating season, and this woodpecker loves to impress the ladies by drilling the top of a light pole. You can hear it from far away and he does this like every day. Taken from my digital camera which is not meant for video or zooming, so the quality is fairly poor. It's really about the sound anyways :).

You can hear people laughing but there's nothing funny about Woodpeckers when you are trying to sleep. You cant believe how loud that pecking sound is. When I first heard one I thought there was a construction crew using a jackhammer nearby... True story.
