I am American guy and I think Flёur is an incredible group. In western Ukraine (where I go for business), there is a two mile walk between my hotel and the place where my team works. I go past modern, glitzy shops, Soviet era apartment blocks, abandoned factories. And all along the way there are pockets of new construction and signs that say Ремонт. Older Lada cars and Mercedes. The video reminds me of that walk and all of the "under construction" signs I see.
