All opinions (including this one) are biased, so it really has no bearing on the quality of Nina's recording of 'Here comes the Sun'. As far as my opinion is concerned, its a fantastic rendition. I especially love her piano work and the arrangement. Her voice is the icing on a delicious cake. Its absolutely gorgeous, and life affirming!

@jank3s89 Don't get distracted by the apparently rough texture of her voice. It's the voice of experience, of years lived, years suffered and enjoyed; it is the voice we can trust, because it is the voice of every one of us. There is nothing phony in that voice.
And to hear that voice sing with such extraordinarily strong, yet nuanced feelings, is a real miracle I will readily subscribe to. Not the magnets or what have you.
