  • Why do people leave the Raw Food Diet? It's expensive.

  • How about 100% raw vegan and daily exercise? This works for me. I don't consider it "extreme" either.

  • @VirtualSamadhi You mean like rice, wheat, corn, roots, etc? So you are saying if it has to be processed in any way, we were not meant to eat it?

  • the man on the right — is he saying "fruit" or "food"????

  • @tvswnet I never said they weren't toxic. What I said is that someone on a raw food diet would not eat them. Precisely because they are toxic when eaten raw. And someone on a raw food diet only eats raw foods. If the food in question is toxic when eaten raw then someone on a raw food diet would not eat that food. Why is this such a difficult concept for so many to grasp? Raw food diets do not include beans is what I am saying !

  • @watermelonygoodness Have you ever eaten non-sprouted, uncooked legumes? They are indeed toxic...and one's body will reject them ever so violently...as I experienced a few years ago as I decided to have raw black beans in my dinner... Some foods DO need to be cooked in order for our bodies to tolerate them and absorb the nutrients...and for those on a vegan diet, I think cooked beans are better than going back to processed grain foods or similar...just my opinion though.

  • @greggorey Beans are definitely part of my diet, even though I'm doing mostly raw. Beans are easy to grow in one's garden and store easily, and they can be added to salad or whatever easily. For now, I plan to keep beans and nuts in my diet.Raw milk is gross (IMO), but many people have good results. Sushi is probably not healthy due to mercury and whatnot, no matter where it comes from. Broccoli & related should be steamed slightly for best absorption. This is all MY understanding

  • you can tell the difference in all their skin!

  • @YellowMiss1 Buy one of each fruit you want to eat. Plant the seeds. Grow your own.

  • @andy888008800 People are stuck in a system of Medical doctors and pharmaceutical drugs!! Its all LIES!!! and diet bars and pills! Heal your body with Plant based living nutrition!!

  • @greggorey Sushi and seafood for sure, definitely not dairy products.

  • People leave the raw food diet because they do it wrong. Plain and simple.
