This circles the WTC disaster site when the public was not allowed access. After beginning on Broadway at Fulton Street, a walk proceeded west of the site south to West Street. There it was possible to walk onto the site without hindrance. Photos were taken left and right walking north on West Street and returning. At that time a New York State trooper approached and asked what the photographer was doing on the site. Looking and photographing was the answer. The trooper said you can't do that, give me your camera. He then erased the photos and then had a NYC cop escort the photographer from the site with a warning of arrest upon unauthorized revisiting. The photographer was able to unerase the photos with a program.
