@MagicMan113 i know hes amazing...you could prolly call Royal Caribbean we had Jimmy Rhodes during our christmas cruise over december into january...hes good but hes no where near dave! they took away our christmas/ new years cruise now which is terrible! its usually 14 days from like dec 19 to jan 2 ..they lose too much money and make more on 7-9day cruises plus the people from europe always have trouble with the snow and the delays..def looking into an all inclusive with the family!

Couldn't agree more best cruise director of all time...Had him on the Explorer of the Seas on Dec. 17-Jan. 3 winter holiday cruise in 09/10...Did the same cruise this year and he was on vacation and it didn't even compare he made the cruise!

@MrBoozeCruiser - I've been on RC about 4 or 5 times. This was the only time that I actually remembered the cruise director's name. He most definitely makes the cruise! I'm looking to book another one soon...I'm wondering if there's a way to know where he will be when I go...

Oh this was back in late June/early July. Dave was one of my favorite parts of the cruise!
