@amelioray I hope you don't mind me letting you know that stainless steal woks are best Teflon coated cook ware is very toxic , One YTer asked her friend/house guest not to use the teflon pots she brought to the house as using them would kill her parrot My advice is to get rid of all teflon from your home eg Ironing board cover etc
