@xXXxDeSeRtDiVeLxXXx in my opinion - yes he is good! He is a great motivator, but he still knows what he does in tactics. He is not the best (like Mourinho, Hitzfeld, etc etc...). But he is a solid trainer and he is one of those trainers who defends his players in public! He never critizises players in public! And he saves them from silly reporters like in this video^^

And he is abled to make teams better than they were before ;) he always did this in germany ;)
