First of all, it's Shout AT the Devil. They said that by "Devil", they mean whomever acts as the Devil in your life, whether it's your boss, your parents, the authorities, anyone. It has nothing to do with Satan. also, their original cover for Shout at the Devil had a pentagram on it, not because it was evil, but because it's actually good.
