I do not speak Spanish but I catch some meanings helping myself with English synopse. Any Spanish speakers are welcome to correct.
Episode starts again with Sydney having a dream about Dr.Marcus - she watches an old romantic movie where the main character dies at the end and her mother criticizes that the scene is unrealistic, Syd bets that David Marcus would behave the same, then her mother flicks the channel where movie heroes are replaced with her and David and the dream turns to a nightmare when he leaves her for business purposes and tells not to be too melodramatic and hold on, next two days he's busy.
At some sort of medical banquet Syd meets a rich patient of Dr.Marcus, Mr.Berry with a weak heart, who seems to develop an interest in her ambitions to work as a plastic surgeon while she now works at a charity hospital and they need donations. He collapses mid-speech and Syd gives him air resuscitation, but David later tells her that the old money-bag often fakes it to get mouth-to-mouth.
David invites Syd to his house for a movie evening and she brings an old romantic movie like the other claiming they should watch it as medics. She theorizes about French kisses and their special meaning for expressing passion when they finally kiss (IMHO when JF's hero gets tired to be amused by her speech ;) ) but are interrupted by a phone call which was to say that Mr.Berry's donation to the University Hospital now is transferred to Syd's charity clinic.
When she comes to Mr.Berry's for a dinner to discuss the donation, which is 10 million dollars, he poses one condition - a romantic week-end with her in an European city, and she can personally dispose of this money. Syd comes to complain to David who is beyond himself, but she has an idea what to do.
They come together to Mr.Berry's place with an even more outrageous proposal and accept while requiring twice the amount since it's obviously a trade and not a donation, but scandalized Mr.Berry collapses this time for real mid-conversation (so it's kind of unclear what was their plan actually).
Mr.Berry recovers a bit later and Dr.Marcus brings a joyful news to Sydney's house in the evening - that the old money-bag forgot the whole incident and reverted to the initial conditions - proper donation for clinic needs solely, which is most welcome as all of their medical tools seem to be broken.
David also brought something else pertaining to University Hospital (appointment?). She says she doesn't know how to thank him but he has something in mind - the same as another old movie playing on her VCR suggests - they finally finish their kiss.
Such a pity the series seem to be midday-family kind and romantic kisses is all we get, JF's so savoury here that the cut on passion display feels like a gap ;) or is it overperforming again? =))
Ah, and one little lapse to spoil the impression of dressers' impeccability - it becomes evident during the collective dinner with Mr.Berry - the suit IS too small in shoulders on the back =)) (which is still better than 2 sizes bigger overall like in all other shows, IMHO, another question how comfortable)
