Bowman 234 with the Summerlands Chuffer

Here I have edited a brief film made by Owen Roberts showing the effects of the Chuffer on his 1930 vintage Bowman 234, O gauge loco. The loco, which is meths fired with twin, single acting cylinders, is running on Mike Swains track last year . The loco has no regulator so the first wagon has a flywheel to slow it down a little!

Chris, great video. Do you know what the coaches are that the 234 is pulling? I've been trying to find some suitable coaches for my 234s as Bowman coaches are rarer than the engines i've been looking for suitable stand ins. Cheers Alan.

@Summerlandsteam cor you was quick jamie :P have you heard of the midford and bath project yet? great loco! just because its vintage doesnt meen it isnt great, my 1920 and 1930 hornby collection is still great today :D
