  • Thank you so much! Tried out this move in my past two practices and have taken down people that I normally never takedown! Definitely a nice setup in my arsenal.

  • Do you just grab the elbows or should you work up to them?

My personal favorite move is the sprawl single. Don't try and stand up with it. Bigger guys will use their weight against you. While on your knees, work behind them and collapse their hip and then you got two. It also puts you in a decent position to start a leg riding sequence.

try doing move that won't get you in a bad position under them because i wrestled a weight class up this year and i had really good success with the duck under s, ankle picks, and sweep singles.

  • Amazing drilling partner perfect id love it if my drilling partner gave me a "look" like that a wrestling look not a homo look

  • @killajoy714 same i took down a really good guy with this today in practice

  • any tips on wrestling heavier people? I wrestled last year, I seem to do well against people my own weight, but when i wrestle people around 140 (i weigh 120) it seems impossible. I cant get up from bottom, I cant pull off a double leg, cant hold them down. NOTHING. Any advice?
