Maintennance, replacements, etc, all rely on Debt. The main gun in the M1 tank is a GERMAN designed gun manufactured under license.

Our equipment is built by foreigners. We are incredibly vulnerable. Any REAL conflict would find us quickly bankrupt and without replacement parts.
