Folgelberg? Really you listen to this cat and wanna argue about that? This track is better produced than the others I have listened to, but maybe a different EQ. I do like the engineered qualities to this one as opposed to the others. Still, technical crap and other stuff to stop that stupid thread going. Eq. Spacing, reverb tune, and perhaps a better use of delay. yes?
If there's anyone who might be the next Dan Fogelberg it would be a fellow on myspace named Jason Wilder. I found him on the Dan Fogelberg tribute page top friends and he is very talented and original, sounding a little like Dan but with his own distinct style. Fogelberg's producer even likes his material.
Pleasant song but this guy is no Dan Fogelberg. Be careful of over-hyping because it hurts more than it helps. Fogelberg was a musical genius of high order. This doesn't come close, sorry. Simon
Lovely! Just great! I like this very much! An original, huh? If you can write music like this, you have a fan. Although you may have a resemblance to Dan's style, you have your own distinctiveness!
oops... sorry about the multiple posts. pls feel free to delete the duplicates. Every time I listen to this song, I like it more and more -- and that's saying something.
indeed. the first song I heard him do was his cover of David Bowie's "Space Oddity" and I kept thinking...darn... who does that sound like....... I had to hear this one to figure it out (LOL hard to dig Dan Fogelberg out of Space Oddity")
