Can you ladies PLEASE alow this video to be embedded. I live in a small town in VA in the D.C. Area....... As far as I know, dippers are really only popular in Cali, D.C. Philly & parts of the mid west.......... & while out here in Northern VA it aint as bad as Cali... I see alot of unnecessary B.S. due to this drug. People also need to realize that addiction is a disease. If you had cancer wouldnt someone treat the cancer? Well? Its the same thing with addiction! I hate when I hear someone say that you have to hit bottom to get treatment,thats bullshit, would you let cancer spread thru the body before you treat it? HELL NO..
