You can either add this workout to the interval circuit from Day 81, or use it as a stand alone circuit. Be sure you warm-up before starting your intervals. Included in this workout is a Tabata Interval challenge, be sure to give it your best effort for a high intensity finish! Once again, all you will need for equipment for this workout is a medicine ball, band, and a stopwatch or timer. Good luck!
