What do you mean his style isn't there? It's all in his face, that way he closes his eyes and hunkers down to the piano to spit out some nasty juxtaposed rhythms...his control of dynamics, especially his dwelling on the almost indistinguishable pianissimos that a lesser trained ear could not appreciate or even catch.

@koreankayagum THIS SI TRUE!!! I BELIEVE PEOPLE ARE GIVING ALOT OF THESE GUYS THEIR FLOWERS TO SOON. I REALLY DON'T HEAR ANYTHING PERSONAL IN HIS PLAYING AND STYLISTICALLY SORT OF BORING. HE CAN PLAY, BUT THAT ISN'T ENOUGH!!!

A great approach... enough technique to get the notes out uncluttered, and some interesting (sometimes stirring) voicings. Maybe I'm getting old... but I appreciate the measured unfolding in his interpretations, rather than the bombardment that sometimes happens with virtuosi. ^..^
