Back for another visit, this time peeking into the trap of Nepenthes spathulata proves folly for the mouse. It now belongs to the plant.

Update: Now it seems this is confusing many people and/or making some upset over the death of a mouse.
This is a carnivorous plant that is designed to attract, trap, kill, and digest whatever animal manages to slip into the bowl. This plant, and many others like it, live here on the planet with us. Now, if we discovered a planet containing these plants, we would go out of our way to get there to study it. I dedicated a large space of my home to growing what I can and then share the brilliance of these smart vegetables with those that understand and appreciate. To those- I will share more with you.
