@obummersux Um, no. John Locke 101. The natural, inalienable rights are Life, Liberty, Property. No mortal man can morally force his will on another. Raping someone is not a right because Rapist A infringes upon the liberty and property (the physical body) of Victim B.

Counter question: would raping someone be a right if the government said it was? What about robbery?
