Six practice swings and he STILL hits the support brick. What is worse is knowing that Tae Kwon Do is a kicking art, yet here he is breaking stuff with his hand. Not to mention, of course, that hitting bricks is an exercise in futility. Oh, yeah: What possible practical use would a downward punch like that be -- how would you use that in a real fight (unless you thought killing someone might be a good idea), and who would sit still that long waiting for you to hurry-up and finish?!!

@dvdmillenium Yea, I wish some people would take the time to see that it's Korean written there behind the man. Also, it drives me up the wall whenever I hear "karate" and "taekwondo" pronounced wrong. KAH RA TAY, TEH KWON DOH. I've had people ask me is taekwondo from Taiwan or Thailand. really? :(
