This is called a TRUCK-DRIVERS omelet... I make these all the time using my propane cooker in the truck... they are GREAT.. best part about it,... is in a truck-stop, its gonna cost you about 8 bucks.. cooking in the truck costs me about 1 buck... Show some more like these.. I need all the tips I can get..
