Jadaf Dubai and Goltens sign a historical agreement .

Jadaf Dubai one of the oldest ship repair yards in the Arabian Gulf and a part of Drydocks World Group signed the second long-term ground development lease agreement on 17th August 2010. Triple "A" says while this time of year is one of the busiest times for travel.. it looks like this year won't cost you as much at the pump. India plans to have a shale gas policy in place by the end of 2011, and is currently working on a resource assessment of its basins and drafting a fiscal policy for shale gas exploration, the country's upstream regulator said late Friday.
