You made a mistake in the 3rd version of g-h pawn vs h pawn.
When played g6, black shouldn't take but just move Kh8. g7+ .. Kg8 . white Kg5 (only move) King takes g7, draw.

So basically the rook pawn never loses to a knight pawn(with or without a rook pawn), but it never wins either. Finally the first comment doesn't glitch up.
