Guinness Master Brewer Fergal Murray discusses the brand's creation of 250 Anniversary Stout, which will be released in the US on April 24, 2009. This all-new limited edition stout marks the 250th Anniversary of the year that Arthur Guinness signed the lease on the famed St. Jamess Gate Brewery in Dublin in 1759, the home of GUINNESS Beer

What I want is a Guinness product that is closer to the original Extra Porter recipe that Guinness was known for.
The only Guinness that is worth drinking is their Extra Stouts. The draught is a very weak Stout that would make Arthur Guinness turn over in his grave.

Dude, the 250th Anniversary is not 7.5% ABV.
The Guinness you are referring to is the Foreign Extra Stout that can be found in the Caribbean and Africa.

Alcohol as been raised from 4.1% to 5% and an extra helping of hops has been added to give it a bit more bitter finish.
