Downtown Minneapolis UFO - WATCH IN HQ

This was observed on my building's 15th floor party deck on July 4th 2006. I caught 30 minutes of footage of what appeared to be a bright point of light behaving oddly above the Wells Fargo Tower in downtown Minneapolis. THIS VIDEO IS SPED UP

The best way to describe it visually is that it appeared exactly as a bright star would appear....one thing that I found interesting is that it appears to be very far away (not affected by the lights of the city, etc.) A year after this video I saw it again in the same spot, acting in the same manner....I grabbed a few neighbors and the front door man of the building and we all just watched it zip around for a while....pretty cool!

i have seen it as well, with a group of people outside 7th Street Entry three years ago at least.

What's an "Oddly behaving bright light?"

I would say ANY ORB-SHAPED POINT OF LIGHT BOUNCING AROUND BUILDINGS IS ODD!!

I know that in MN,we dont have white bats,That I know for sure, cuz I was born in the day,but not yesterday,I might not always be right,but I'm never wrong, I once thought I was wrong,but I was mistaken, fool me once,shame on you, fool me twice,shame on me, you got to get up pretty early in.....wait what was I talkin about?

myself and a few family members were out downtown minneapolis and witnessed multiple lights (3 of them that I recall) between the wells fargo tower and one of the other bldgs. they darted around, stood perfectly still, and moved sometimes so fast that i can't believe they were bats or birds. the fact they sometimes stood still would also indicate they weren't birds or bats. we pointed it out to the waitress at the rooftop bar were were at and she had never seen anything like that before.

Notice the beams of light pointing up from corners of buildings... as many builgings have. I'd agree with a bat out feasting!
