Saw Villa this afternoon in Pagliacci at the Sacramento Opera--he was excellent--a fine dramatic tenor and a very good actor. A better actor than Johann Botha in San Francisco Opera's Otello a couple of years ago. It was the best performance of Sacramento Opera that I've seen, and I've been a suscriber for a number of years. Bravo Villa!

I especially Love the "sound" of Mark Rucker , and of course his tecnique , his breathing and the "meaning" of his acting ...... thanks for posting this Video ! Anyway, i believe these two Voices are too "big" for this Kind of unprofessional Camera ; you have to listen both on Stage or recorded by professional Team of Tecniques - here we cannot understand how "powerful" are these 2 Voices --- Am iwrong ? I don't think so ...
