@ReturnToAus Well fortunately or unfortunately she is going to be tried as an adult. If you have been following the story this was very cold, calculated and very much planned. I don't know that Elizabeth was her intended target but that is who she killed. She keeps getting her trials postponed...but the last I heard it will be in September 2011. I hope she gets life in prison...she doesn't even have any remorse for what she did.

@nana0567, what kind of crimes aren't "adult"? A person of 15 years does not psychologically (and more importantly, we now know, even physiologically) have the same capacity to judge as an adult. That is entirely the reason for determining how a person should be tried.

Okay, there's no need for people to be taking sides here. No one really knows if she actually killed anyone at all except for herself. But again, no one knows if she didn't kill some one. I do feel sorry for Elizabeth and her family because I've also experienced a death my family. But honestly; in accusation of Alyssa, I'm not taking any sides. Needs some solid proof. Thumbs down if you want, but to people who hate her or want her free, your not lookin' at the big picture right now.
